Sadly, there are like-mongers who will look at your Facebook page and make a judgement on how many followers you have. They will even judge your service by the poor attendance.
Feeling bad you lose out on that market?
The cardinal sin of Facebook pages is that we can be judged on our likes and followers, who cares? You probably don’t want fickle clients anyway, chances are they will be that one troll who will just shit all over your wall because you were a day late – so no, avoid Karen and her 75 Tik Tok mates.

The point is this. There are 7.8 billion people on this planet, there is a market out there somewhere.
From my experience, I have given services to companies with huge turnovers and zero followers, and certainly do not rely on some kid in the top right corner of a screen shooting vids of throwing their mates’ phones out of cars.
The only reason most companies have the FB page is only for the business page to activate the adverts.
What counts from there is the translated conversions from click to cash.
So, what do you do if you just started out and need likes for your business?
Simply, ask your list of friends to like your page, you should get at least 12 followers by the afternoon.
I am kidding, you can decide to make your FB page active if you choose to and if you have the resources to do it. Maintaining a website, business administration, sales, emails, reports and taxes is heavy as it is, FB and other social media pages take huge amounts of time to administer.
FB pages are an incredible source for interactive conversions if your brand needs it.
So it’s your choice, really. If not, who cares?
