Operation of the fans
The EVAPORATOR fan needs to run during the freeze cycle and running when the refrigerator reaches temperature.
The only time the evaporators turn off will be during the defrost cycle.
Noises and humming
Whining, clunking or knocking noises coming from the fan could be caused by damaged bearings. The fan will eventually fail and should be replaced when possible.
If the pitch is incorrect, simply remove the fan blade and flip it over. It is always a good idea to draw an arrow on the blade for future reference.
