**Rovos Rail Pretoria to Cape Town Itinerary:**

**Day 1: Pretoria**
To begin with, you’ll depart from Rovos Rail Station in Pretoria. After settling into your suite, join other travelers in the lounge or observation car. Next, the train will journey across the Witwatersrand’s goldfields and the Highveld’s broad plains. Afterward, lunch is served in the dining cars, followed by afternoon tea. Later, dinner is served en route to Klerksdorp, where you’ll spend the night on board. Remember, formal dress is required.

**Day 2: Kimberley**
In the morning, breakfast will be served as the train makes its way to Kimberley. Following breakfast, lunch will be served, and you’ll disembark to tour the Diamond Mine Museum and the Big Hole. This is where the first diamonds were discovered in 1871. Afterward, you’ll return to the train for dinner, which will be served in the dining cars.

**Day 3: Matjiesfontein**
Breakfast is served while the train travels through the Karoo, a semi-desert region rich in history. After lunch, guests can walk 5km from Whitehill Siding into Matjiesfontein, accompanied by staff. You’ll then explore the village, with its museum and collection of historic cars. Upon returning to the train, afternoon tea is served as the train travels through tunnels and scenic mountain passes. Dinner will be served as the train descends toward Worcester.

**Day 4: Cape Town**
Finally, on the last day, breakfast is served while the train passes through the Hex River Valley. Soon after, you’ll arrive at Cape Town Station, completing this luxurious and memorable journey.
