How Does It Work?

Our guests and clients, whom we refer to locations for accommodation tourist locations, are occasionally selected to act as mystery guests.

They provide valuable feedback on their experiences, helping us ensure high standards. Based on their feedback, we then award the location with a Travel Gem— this is our seal of approval that signifies we trust and recommend this location to our future guests and clients.

We share these findings on our Local Gems platform, offering travellers authentic recommendations and insider knowledge about the best places to visit.

Travel Gems promotes businesses that stand out for their unique character, quality, and positive contribution to the community, including points of interest, tours, and restaurants.

Locations awarded a Travel Gem are featured at the top of our Travel App’s accommodation and tour searches as trusted and highly recommended stops. This gives businesses great exposure and assures travellers of the location’s quality, reinforcing our confidence that it’s an outstanding choice..

How to receive a Travel Gem?

We rely on feedback from our frequent travellers and conduct area mapping of specific locations, regions, towns, or cities to discover new Travel Gems.
