At Travel Explora Hub, we aim to ensure our guests have amazing travel experiences. That’s why we created Travel Gems, an initiative designed to promote and enhance travel and tourism while maintaining high quality.

Businesses that are nominated and accept their Travel Gem, promise to provide exceptional service. In return, we promote their business and recommend it to our guests.

What does our “Mystery Guest” do?

A Mystery Guest is chosen from among our frequent travellers. They may visit locations or businesses during their trips, provide feedback to our team, and recommend the location for a Travel Gem Nomination.

Our team reviews the nomination and contacts the business management who can then accept the Travel Gem once the review process is complete.

Our Mystery Guest Rules:

• No Negative Reviews: We focus on finding businesses that offer good service. We’re not looking to criticize but to ensure we can confidently refer businesses.
• Anonymity: Mystery Guests must remain anonymous to avoid any special treatment that could affect the authenticity of their visit.
• Honest Feedback: We value honest opinions on what each location does well. We’re looking for genuine insights into what makes each place special, not criticism.
• No Special Favors: Mystery Guests should not receive any special favours or preferential treatment to ensure unbiased feedback.

Important to note

• Receiving a Travel Gem is completely free. Our Mystery Guests will never approach businesses for fees or subscriptions.
• Our Travel Explora Mystery Guests are Specially selected. Travel Explora Hub appoints Mystery Guests who are trusted and frequent travellers, or selected from our team members only.
• No special treatment, no favours, no “gifts”. Mystery Guests will never request special treatment, ask for free items, or ask for special favours. We require honest and unbiased feedback.
• No contact. Our Mystery Guests will never phone, email, or contact your business in any way stating they are a representative, or Mystery Guest, for Travel Explora Hub.

For your safety and security

If someone claims to be a Mystery Guest or is identified as one, you may request them to present their Travel Explora Hub Mystery Guest ID. This ID is a QR code displayed on their device, which, when scanned, provides access to their Verified Profile for confirmation.
